Fixes Send files in the menu-bar popover appearing available when no phone is connected.

Choosing it with nothing connected used to open the notch drop zone anyway, and only report "Phone not connected" once a file had already been dragged onto it. It is now disabled until a phone is actually connected, with a tooltip saying why.

Messages, Calls and Notifications are unaffected — they open stored threads, call log and history, which are worth reading with your phone away.

Requires macOS 14 or later, and the Synqed app on your Android phone.

Signed with a Developer ID certificate and notarised by Apple, so it opens without a Gatekeeper warning.

Android remains at 1.0.0.
